Jack Heasman was very helpful all the way through the process. Making sure the car was in top condition before personally delivery to us Couldn’t have done anymore to explain everything to us. Very pleased with the out come.

Upon arrival, no paperwork was ready, as if I wasn’t expected. I ended up leaving my car and keys with you without signing any paperwork, poor. The video health check advised I had a leaking seal on the aircon system, by the time I received a verbal quote for a repair it became a need for a new compressor at over £1100.00, ouch. When I collected my car your staff said they would see if the quote could be improved upon, over a week later and no update, perhaps you don’t need/want my business. What a shame, your level of service, which has always been excellent is going down hill.

I'm actually put off Mercedes by the silly charge for my 3rd year service and will be looking at alternative cars moving forward.

I was provided with a loan car. The paperwork did not show a dent on the rear o/s, and showed mileage of 3800 whereas in fact it was over 11000. I discovered a Covid mask on the floor, poking out from under the driver's seat. I did not touch it so I can't tell you if it had been used or not.

Good, effective reception and clear guidance as to the day's programme. I was then kept informed of progress during the day and proposals for any supplementary work. I must highlight the finding and identification of a hairline crack in one wheel and this defect was fixed in very good time, with no disruption to my own programme. All-in-all a well managed service.
