I wasnt impressed when I went to collect the vehicle. I was told it was ready to collect but when I had got there it hadnt been cleaned. I was under the impression that when you have your vehicle serviced it comes back all clean inside and out. They had hosed down the outside but that was about it. This inside was dirty and dusty and hadnt done a good job on the cleaning whatsoever.

When I booked the car in I was told, very early on in the conversation, that valeting was back.I didn’t get notification of when the car was likely to be ready, so I phoned and took a chance (I have a train journey).I got a call on my way. If I had waited, I wouldn’t have got there before closing time.At 17:20 the car had not been washed and too late to get it done.I had to wash the car before going out – I would have washed it the day before had I known.

I returned as I had forgotten to request new windscreen wipers at my last service. These were fitted and the washer fluid topped up as requested.The ladies at the service desk are excellent, always welcoming and very professional. They look after clients brilliantly.

Mercedes Benz of Tonbridge have been as helpful as Mercedes Benz GmbH allowed them to be after one cancelled car and one that was a ghost in the system. Understand that this is a transition period but MB aren’t helping you…

Experience was great. The ladies on the service desk, were helpful and positive as always and Ben was concise about the status of the vehicle and the upcoming work.
