On collection I opened the boot to find puddles of water on the shelf and the carpet near the ledge was soaked. Water had leaked though the lock and into the boot well. I advised the receptionist who took the vehicle back to the valet area to be dried out. I have never experienced this situation before. No explanation has been given and no apology has been received
