The service provided by Jordan was first class and representative of my expectations of Mercedes. When arriving to browse the vehicle I had seen on Autotrader Jordan made himself available in the outside display area (unlike the local Audi dealership who were anonymous) and was only too willing to grab the key promptly (unlike Canterbury Mercedes). He gave sound advice about the vehicle and recommended an immediate test drive after a short registration for insurance.It was this test drive with my wife onboard that really swayed the purchase decision alongside the competitively priced vehicle.
