Not satisfied with the service after changing3 tyres did not reset the tyre pressure on computer so had to make extra journey to have it seen but Nathan did a very good job in sorting the situation 👏 p Lagarde

Tom Toft went the extra mile to look after us- I'm disabled - but we couild not quite agree figures in he end.

Jack was very helpful in providing all the details required and go through all the after sales products. He has gone above and beyond sorting out the issue on the car after delivery and confirming the dealership will reimburse me with the cost.

Wanted to order a new car but I was told it’s different now and can’t order a car until nearer the time, will not be very happy if come Christmas I can’t order a car for when I want it will be the last time l buy a Mercedes if I get let down and end up with no car when I need it but the salesman was very good and seemed very honest.

My satnav crashed. I brought the car in, & while I waited, they found that an update was available. I was advised that it could take 4 to 5 hours to download, so they would book me in again, collect & return the car, so that I was not inconvenienced.
