I had a routine service April 16th, so was a little surprised when the brakes advisory light came on 2 weeks later, but the re-booking in was swift and easy, the fitting took less than 2-hrs and as always being able to work on site with a desk and wi-fi is excellent

I have dealt with Tonbridge for a number of years and have got to know a number of the team , who are always so polite and friendly. . I arranged to book in my car direct with Tonbridge and it was Nathan who made the booking and arranged for a courtesy car for me . He ordered all the parts in for my new breaks & disks and the process was seamless . He gave me an indication of how long the car was going to be in for and contacted me once all work complete and sent video of the health check which was clear and concise. On collection of the car he had all paperwork prepared and walked me to my car after payment. Nathan’s customer service was excellent . I will also mention Bev , who always makes you feel so welcome
