The only problem is the issue of timing - again the estimates as to when the car would be ready were wildly optimistic. When it was booked in I was told it would be 2 to 3 hours so, due to previous experiences, I returned after 3 hours and was told it would be 'another 30 to 40 minutes' which was not unexpected but even that proved totally inaccurate and I had to wait another hour plus and then take the car without it being washed.

The “only issue” I had was, on the day of the service, I brought my car in at 8am - only the discover my reservation (made 3 weeks previously) was not on the system. Apparently the system had crashed deleting my booking. However my vehicle was accepted and the service proceeded as normal

Customer service A* video sent by mechanic was very good and detailed. Well recommended. My car was cleaned inside and out.
