Called without prior appointment to enquire about a GLC. Dealt with by Jack Heasman, who demonstrated the vehicle to us and offered a test drive. Also showed us a GLB. Took time to talk through our requirements. Good product but needed to explore other options re family needs. Follow up from Jack a couple of days later. Excellent customer service and would recommend Jack and MB Tonbridge without hesitation!

I initially had communication with Thomas regarding a test drive but unfortunately had to cancel a couple of times. I did reach out to him to ask if I could make book another date but had no response. I did contact the showroom once again and spoke to Jack Larney who was extremely helpful and subsequently sold us our car. Just feel it is necessary to mention this as it could put potential customers off.

Came down for test drive ,loved the car ,unfortunately it looked silver in the online photos but was in effect white.,have a look at autotrader ad. Would have bought if silver that day. Salesman great but busy with customers ,pleasant and non pushy how we like it. Gave quite a specific brief colour extras etc was then sent a form asking if I was a cabbie . Good overall
