The Sales Executive at Mercedes-Benz in Tonbridge, Kent - Thomas Toft was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. There were a couple of occasions however where I had to send chaser emails to him for reply. At one point - whilst waiting for the vehicle to arrive - I emailed Thomas but he was off work due to contracting Covid-19 - it may have been helpful for your customers for his out-of-office to be turned on so that it doesn't look like the customer is being ignored.The Business Manager completed the handover with me - his name was Emlyn Williams - he was very professional and thorough whilst going through the handover with me and was happy to answer any questions I had regarding the vehicle.
