I arrived for my wait-on-site recall visit ahead of a 10am 09/02/22 slot as requested to be told that they weren't aware of the issue with the rear windscreen pipe that I'd reported on Monday 07/03/22 @ 09.48am, so I was already prepared for a longer than normal visit, however, I was looking forward to the car being fixed and the recall note being seen and valeted as told on the phone by the lady I spoke to on Monday 7th Feb. So, after a 3 hour wait without any updates from staff I was disappointed to see the car hadn't been washed when the work was completed and the keys handed over. On the plus side I was able to work from the dealership and the free beverages were welcome. Not a 10/10 visit this time, maybe next time!?

Booking system needs to be synchronised. I had messages and phone calls after I had made a booking. I have not anything to complain about All very good.

The fault on the car was rectified free of charge as a ‘good will’ gesture which was much appreciated. The nature of the fault has apparently not been infrequent in other cars and I feel Mercedes should be made aware of this weakness for future manufacturing. A car not even 5 years old of german high standards of engineering and manufacture should not be susceptible to this type of fault. (From a customer who has owned many german cars both new and pre owned and buys because of dependable high quality )

It would be helpful to inform me at the time of booking that a software update was required, which will take four hours, rather than when I arrived at the garage for the service. I couldn't commit the time, so will nowhave to bring the car back. The lady on Reception was very friendly and welcoming.

Would have been even better if the bonnet had been closed properly after the service. The warning light came on after a few miles when I was driving at 50mph

Adam was very eager to sell me a car and I admired his tenacity. He is a good salesman, he just couldn't offer me the car I really want.

Our interactions with Adam White who managed our experience was very positive.I think the team that prepare the cars have let us down a little on this occasion.The car was not cleaned adequately, and Adam had to manage this. There were some major issues, i.e the window controls were faulty and one of the audio speakers was dead.I would have expected this to have been rectified ahead of releasing the car.
