Usual good service. Expensive repair required but this was consistent with the age of the vehicle and I was kept fully informed all the way.

good efficent serice

Pleased with the overall service experience, despite Covid. However I had some confusion with regards the wrong tyre on my car. I didn’t really understand which one needed to be changed, so much so that I changed the wrong one, costing me a further £550, money of which I can Ill afford, on my pension. Would have liked the service technician to come out and fully explain to me what was required. I am now questioning whether to take my car back to Tonbridge for its next service or go somewhere more local.
