Very quick and efficient. My time was not wasted.

I purchased my Mercedes as a approved used vehicle from Mercedes Benz Leicester, the experience was not a good one. As part of the compensation from them they paid for this A service. I am pleased to say the experience I had with Lookers Tonbridge was more what I expected from a Mercedes Benz Dealer. Working under difficult conditions due to Covid I think my experience was as good as it could be. I have purchased a 4 year service plan and look forward to continuing excellent service and expert care of my Mercedes.

Efficient and Covid compliant.

The suspension failed on my four year old C-class and I broke down on a main A road. The car was towed to Lookers at Tonbridge and I was worried about a hefty bill. Wendy rang me two days later to tell me she had contacted head office of Mercedes and they were going to pay 75% of the costs! I was so grateful to her for doing that. It is such fantastic customer service when you get help when you haven't asked for it and don't expect it. One very happy customer!

Tonbridge Mercedes continues to offer excellent customer service, which is why I continue to buy my cars from there and have my services done there. Even during these challenging times they provide a personalised service and make customer feel valued. I am always impressed with how Bev remembers my name, my job and other details from the previous time I was in which is often a year before.
