As always polite friendly and efficient service. In light of social distancing etc thought the show room was well organised and I felt totally comfortable and safe.

We always wanted to stay with Mercedes when our finance contract came to an end; the sales exec. we dealt with found us the right car for the finance we were looking for. He followed up our enquiries while we were still deciding and came in on his day off so that we could test drive the car! The 7-day free insurance is useful and we will look at the annual quote we were given once our current policy expires in February, 2021.

Could do better with communication there was a couple of times I called and they said they would get the salesman in question to call back which never happened.
