First class service from leaving car for repairs right through to pick up no problems .....

Service good only negative is you more expensive than many.

I have given excellent for mohammed ,s professionalism. as for the valeters i would give zero it was very poor mohammed got it done again that was a little better i have now valeted it myself it now looks nice so i know it was lack of interest on thier part

As always, the service staff were both professional and helpful when dealing with me recently on my cars annual service and MOT. They also exceeded my expectations when my lift home did not materialise - they organised a taxi to get me to my destination - very considerate and helpful to me the customer. Would highly recommend the service and reputation of all the staff I have come in to contact with at Mercedes Tonbridge.
