Smooth process & made to feel very welcome.With hindsight it would have been useful to leave with info such as instructions if we need to use recovery service, info about the service plan i.e. do I need to initiate the annual service included in the plan, details about what we need to do at the end of the PCP period.

Had a great experience with Lookers Tonbridge and the sales exec Jack, he assisted me with a good part ex valuation and getting a deal together which we were both happy with. He's also been helpful post sale, with some documentation which I needed.
