A complete let down from Tonbridge Mercedes. Being told the day prior to collecting the car it would not be available for 6-10 weeks due to insufficient paperwork.Hence I bought a car from Lookers in Battersea.I paid a £500 deposit to Tonbridge Mercedes on the 5/1/26 and still after several requests this has not been returned as promised.

I went for a test drive at Lookers in Tonbridge at their recent event. The staff were all friendly and accommodating to my requirements. The sales team spent time to explain what was available and the financial options open to me.

The showroom is a comfortable and clean place to wait while my car is being serviced/MOT'd with coffee making facilities (and biscuits!) available and very clean toilets. The staff are always courteous and helpful.
