I asked for a call after 15:00. I had a missed call at 11:00 with a voicemail and another at 17:50 with no voicemail. I called back 2 minutes after the 17:50 call but nobody answered. Even when I spoke to someone the next day, they weren’t prepared for my query despite filling out the online form.

Although I phoned Tonbridge I ended up speaking to a central hub and then had to explain that I don’t want to book a service at Brighton but at Tonbridge. The appointment could then not be confirmed/completed as the system was running slow.

Still waiting on a test drive on a GLS but feel because there is only one for sale up north Tonbridge is not bothered

Too many calls & emails to chase re business. Seemed a bit desperate. Lacks confidence in the product. Tipped the scales as over sold. Went with a different marque in the end.
