Obviously I wasn’t happy to have my car recalled, but I was seen immediately & on time, & the whole exercises took 35 minutes, which was better than the hour I had been led to expect… and I get a free check on the car.

Good communication from sales and happy with the deal and car however the cleanliness of the car on arrival from delivery was very disappointing, I have sent photos to the sales of it and had no reply. Make up on head rests, dog hair in between leather on the seats, used tissues in side doors, dash board dirty. It is not the standard of cleanliness I expected from Mercedes Benz. I feel that for the sake of a good clean / valet at the last hurdle it has left us as customers disappointed.

Despite the vehicle’s best efforts to break, service is always excellent.
