I bought a car remotely which was a big gamble as my interest was solely based on the model online.Callum took the time to help me make a decision between buying a used/new car. My intention was to buy a used car but he helped realise the benefits of a new car.The process was easy and Callum kept me updated with products and purchase of the car. He always returned my calls or emails promptly and he never complained about the numerous calls or emails I was sending him when the time drew nearer to pick up the car and after. I also like the idea of aftercare once you’ve picked up the vehicle as Callum was happy to support with some questions I had to help me understand my car.
