It was very efficient and courteous, but it felt a bit rushed. We realised we were left with some unanswered questions, such as when we were going to hear about minor damage/alloy wheel insurance.

We had good service from the staff, but a silly response to our problem with noisy windscreen wipers. We don't do enough miles and use them enough? Also £50 for a replacement pair!
