4 stars only because the Chrome on the doors looked weathered which was disappointing, the car wasn't cleaned beautifully on the outside with watermarks in various places, the finish wasn't what I would have expected for a new pricey vehicle.

Had to bring my car in while I was working. Jo in service was excellent in arranging an office desk from where I could continue to work. Decent fast Wi-Fi connection as well. Thanks very much
