Everything was extremely efficient and well run. Except that the car 30 minutes to liberate from the car park to enable us to view it, a waste of time for us and Adam!

Overall excellent and well informed.Unfortunately I was in a meeting and asked to pay which i always do by card.I was told this was not possible and sent me a link with ability to scan and Apple pay which neither myself nor colleague could work out; on ringing back I was told my car could not be returned.You can probably guess my reaction having already wasted time in a meeting and with no one at home.Fortunately someone saw sense, returned the car and i managed to get my wife to get back home in time to pay.Someone just needed to inform me that the method of payment had changed at the outset
