The initial contact was good via email, and we believe we made clear we was going to the showroom to view the car only to be told on arrival the electric GLC is not yet being produced. We had no problem with that & had a chat with your sales rep. We made it clear we wanted to know when a vehicle will arrive at which point were have a test drive. We asked about placing an order immediately & it was explained that no pcp is currently in place. We left on the understanding we would be kept fully up to date as we want the car asap. I emailed the showroom when I returned home, to date i have not received any response? We didn't feel our enquiry was important & the lack of email has cemented this feeling.

Jordan was incredibly patient. He did not rush us despite approaching closing time. He organised test drives of all the vehicles we needed to try. I will definitely look to purchase from him once we have decided on which model(s) we want to go for. An excellent experience with a very kind sales person.

I will not buy from Lookers again and that's after 4 Mercedes cars . ( Very disappointed.)

Dear Claire Price, I wish to make a complaint about the appauling service i received from your Tonbridge dealership over LJ20PNZ I travelled 240 miles to find it had not been valleted or gone through the workshop. I was mis-sold ceramic coating and there was more damage on the vehicle than discribed prior to sale including some body damage. The car went into the valleters twice while i sat in reception. I have never been shown such disrespect before. Your service department doesn't even know gearbox service schedules and i had to argue with them until they agreed they were wrong. I suggest you read the emails i sent to Ivan, Jordan and Lloyd. If this is the way you treat your customers then I suggest this is looked into. You should read my review which i also note has not been put on the website. Clearly your sales team, workshop and valleters need to be retrained as i note i am not the only dis-satisfied customer of yours.yours sincerely Ashley Hayland

Really poor, didn’t get responses from sales.Seemed to remember what was said, no follow up.No enthusiasm or energy for selling.Never heard back from them.

Made an enquiry and got a message back to say the car was sold. There was supposed to be a follow up call that never happened. Pretty poor really

They responded to my initial online inspection of their stock of used Mercedes within hours. Even though I explained that I was simply looking for comparison details with other makes of motorcar, they offered support and information on request. That is, on my opinion, as good service as one can expect.
