The car was collected and returned by Karl on time and in excellent condition both inside and out. The Service and MOT were carried out as requested and advisory work clearly defined by Nathan James in the service report.I have purchased and had my cars serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Tonbridge, and prior to that at Rawsons Tonbridge, for over 45 years because of the excellent service provided by the staff who have rarely let me down.

Everything was fine with the exception that as this model is new and has a lot electronics new to an E-class then I think it would be helpful if a follow up meeting could be arranged so that I might understand more of how things work.

Really good experience, even though it required some patience. I had a software issue, caused by a failed MB software update. By its very nature, it was hard for the service team to realistically estimate when the fault would be fixed. But they kept me informed of progress, lent me a car so I could meet my wife for lunch, and Ben - on the Service Desk - was attentive throughout. I couldn’t ask for much more…but I really hope I don’t have to go through the experience, next time MB ask me to download a software upgrade.
