They responded to my initial online inspection of their stock of used Mercedes within hours. Even though I explained that I was simply looking for comparison details with other makes of motorcar, they offered support and information on request. That is, on my opinion, as good service as one can expect.

This sales man Jordan tried his best considering I was bidding to buy not to mess about unfortunately he had to keep running off to his manager of which I think cost him the no sale I did eventually find a better deal from red line Harrogate I bought a Mercedes S class 400 D4maric 21 plate fall 60,600 don’t blame Jordan. It wasn’t his fault. He rang me only hours after purchasing this vehicle to now tell me you have reduced your price you had every opportunity to do that on the day I was bidding to buy regards Ron

-Escalation-Dear concerned, I am writing in to request an immediate escalation to the concerned management at Lookers After-sales team.For your reference, my car (reg FX22 OEE) broke down on 05/12/25 and was attended to by Mercedes RSA service. Subsequently the Mercedes RSA - RAC technician authorised the car to be recovered.After much chasing, my car was finally delivered at Lookers Tonbridge dealership on the 10th of December.It has been 20 days since the car was delivered at Tonbridge dealership and yet no progress has been made as the service advisor involved appears to be going back and forth with Mercedes-RAC over emails and not getting any workable response.May I please request that my case be escalated immediately and on a priority as the long pending repairs have not even started and this dismal situation is nowhere close to progressing still.Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.Thanks.

Took the car to a local MB dealer for service which left me significantly out of pocket because the Service Plan on the car was in someone else' name. I reached out to a staff (whom I had contact with) to help with the situation but he didn't - rather asked I contact customer service without providing the customer service contact. I followed up with him, telling him I was outside of UK and will appreciate any other assistance but he never responded again. This was since 12/13 Oct 2025.I felt this was quite dismissive and unhelpful, too. Please could anyone help with rectifying the Service Plan issue for me?

Did tell the call centre i did not want to be contacted due to my working hours and i would call in when I was ready. I was contacted every day by phone persistently more than once a day, leaving voicemails. This persistence clearly just wanting a sale for the end of Q4 targets will now make me choose another mercedes benz dealership when i am ready to discuss my next car.

HelloI got a Mercedes Benz GM 21 TZC from your dealership and it was delivered to me on the 4th of December, on test driving the car later that same day, I discovered that the car vibrates when you step on the brakes, I sent you an email immediately that night to let you know about my observations.I tried reaching you the next day but was able to speak to someone at your dealership who gave me RAC number to call so they could come have a look at the car which I did.The RAC man came and did a test drive and straight away said it was a Warped Disc fault, he drove the car only for about a 100 meter. He was even shocked that the car was just delivered to me and from a Mercedes Benz dealership in such a condition. He said he was going to be sending his report to the repair team and advised me to book the car in with Bedford dealership for repairs.I was able to get a date for the 18th of December which is tomorrow.I have just received a message from Mercedes Benz of Bedford advising me to get in touch with the dealership where I got the car from as the repairs is not covered under the warranty.I have done this transaction with utmost trust and confidence in the Mercedes Benz dealership that whatsoever I am getting would be in perfect condition and that was part of the reason I didn’t think it was necessary to come see/test drive the car at your dealership before concluding this transaction.Also there is a plug missing on the back of the headrest of the passenger seatPlease help redress this situation and get the car fixed.Agreements become binding when both parties keep to their part of the deal. The RAC man has the details of the car mileage to let you know that the car was only driven by me for the test drive only, only about 4 miles before the fault was detected, when he came to check it . The car was delivered to me through an agent arranged by Callum, the salespersonThanks for your cooperation

I asked for a call after 15:00. I had a missed call at 11:00 with a voicemail and another at 17:50 with no voicemail. I called back 2 minutes after the 17:50 call but nobody answered. Even when I spoke to someone the next day, they weren’t prepared for my query despite filling out the online form.
