Although I phoned Tonbridge I ended up speaking to a central hub and then had to explain that I don’t want to book a service at Brighton but at Tonbridge. The appointment could then not be confirmed/completed as the system was running slow.

Still waiting on a test drive on a GLS but feel because there is only one for sale up north Tonbridge is not bothered

Too many calls & emails to chase re business. Seemed a bit desperate. Lacks confidence in the product.Tipped the scales as over sold. Went with a different marque in the end.

Hello,I would like to raise a complaint. My Mercedes B Class (KN70 DXP) is due a service in approx 20 days and the dashboard advised this should be an A service.I phoned Mercedes Benz Lookers Tonbridge last week Wednesday, who advised that the system says I am due a B service at £536.I checked my records that showed I had a B service last year. I asked them to check and they confirmed it was a B service last year and actually the system must have an error so I should now book an A service. However, due to the system showing a B they are unable to tell me how much this would cost (though he could give me a guess that may be "wildly inaccurate"). Needless to say I cannot book something without knowledge of the cost and I requested a complaint be raised to reflect the system error.Over a week later, I have not heard back. I phoned the same dealership today and was told again, the system shows a B service is due and that the system can't be changed. I was also told that a complaint had not been raised for me last week and that in order to raise a complaint I need to email this address.Please take this as a complaint not only about the system error and advice to undertake the incorrect service that costs significantly more, but also for the appalling customer service in handling complaints at Lookers Tonbridge. I am unable to advise the man's name who dealt with this last Wednesday as he did not provide it.Please kindly respond.Regards,Angela Warren

Hi i would like to make a complaint regarding issues bought vehicle from Mercedes benz Tonbridge on31/10/2022 under my Ltd company. So when I bought car I told your salesman it will use for taxi. He sold me RAC extended warranty 36 months. For 799£. But recently I make a claim but Rac they wouldn't cover my warranty because its used as taxi but I explained them when I bought vehicle under my taxi company and also bought warranty under my Ltd company name so they told me I have to make complaint to lookers they sold me warranty package so he didn't explained me it will not cover when Ill use as taxi and haven't give me any t&c forms.
