My experience at mercedes Tonbridge was fantastic I was dealing with Joshua on service team who was dealing with a code read for me on my slk200 which turned out to be more than I expected I have since given back the 200 and have now purchased a slk350 2004 which I will be booking for a service early next year

Truly excellent experience. I had an issue with my car, was booked in for the following day, issue was identified within 20 mins and was resolved within 40mins. I was able to work and take video calls from the great little booths with plenty of privacy, power, and coffee/tea at my disposal. Incredibly comfortable experience. Very pleasant woman dealing with me at the service desk. Excellent experience.
