I had an appointment at 9 am when I arrived I was greeted by a nice lady who asked me to sit down, after few minutes she said that they are in a meeting. I waited for 20 minutes but the gentleman did not apologise for the delay and I felt that he had a slightly pushy attitude.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The only issue after this MOT is that the car was picked up at 09.00 and only retuned after 5 pm because - apparently - the MOT gets done in the afternoon. Otherwise I think very highly of the team at Tonbridge thank you !
