The service attendant was polite, focused, friendly and my car was back with me after a few minutes, following a recall. He then gladly took me back again to book my service and MOT.I hope I get an opportunity later in this survey to say more about the other 3 service desk attendants whose paperwork seemed more important than a customer standing waiting to be served. Luckily Nathan looked after me on both occasions.

Read the MOT test and identified tracking/tyres issues. As a main dealer this practice should be a given. Compared with our past experience with a dire BMW dealer, this was first class. Great communication, smooth transaction and met every promise. Very happy customerPainless but nearly missed as he turned 4 hours early!
