Staff advised me what the cost of service should be like, and when I went to collect the car the person dealing with me was very honest and kind. He explained the the company had broken a part and would replace it free of cost. He also said the had sent off for another part which would cost me a further £300. (or less) and that everything would be all right. Overall I was pleased with the service, as I have been over the last 12 years or so. The staff are always courteous but professional.

The Lookers Tonbridge dealership, I know the staff quite well, and they are always extremely helpful with whatever enquiry I have. This week I was unfortunate enough to hit a massive hole in the road, not just a pothole, but a break- up of the road - very dangerous and my car made an awful 'crack' noise!! Had a car health check the following day, and luckily it was fine, but the engineer explained the importance of this check for safety etc.. Very satisfied and relieved!!!

Jo was very helpful in getting a contribution from Mercedes and Lookers following a long, pan European NOX sensor issue.

Popped in on the off chance wheel alignment could be carried out a day earlier than booked in for, as I was passing, and they managed to sort. Very happy :-)

Overall very good service, despite the MOT Test equipment failure, so I had to change plans for a couple of days.
