Jordan was a great sales rep and was very informative without being too pushy. Good advice to us to sell our current car on Motorway to increase its value to increase our deposit. The special event deal helped us make the switch too. Overall it was the welcome and sales pitch which made us switch from Mini after 9years and 3 cars. Their service and our customer experience was far inferior at Mini and Jordan made us feel good about stretching our budget a little to get a better product and switch to Mercedes. .
