Good communication from Adam White

The service provided by Jordan was first class and representative of my expectations of Mercedes. When arriving to browse the vehicle I had seen on Autotrader Jordan made himself available in the outside display area (unlike the local Audi dealership who were anonymous) and was only too willing to grab the key promptly (unlike Canterbury Mercedes). He gave sound advice about the vehicle and recommended an immediate test drive after a short registration for insurance. It was this test drive with my wife onboard that really swayed the purchase decision alongside the competitively priced vehicle.

Lewis Stack was the most pleasant and professional sales person I have ever dealt with at a Mercedes Dealership. A breath of fresh air!

Unable to test drive the appropriate model. It was still useful, but there was no immediate chance of finding the model I was interested in.

Jack made the purchase easy! He was prompt and informative from our first communication, predicting my questions and answering them before I had a chance to ask. Jack was quick to respond to my communications, despite many being via email due to my availability to talk during work, this wasn't an issue for him. He was polite, professional and thorough throughout and keen to ensure I was happy with every part of my purchase before he handed me the keys. Jack was patient and helpful when delays came up on my end, and he made sure that the vehicle was prepared and waiting for me to collect in the meantime. Nothing was too much trouble! A very refreshing sales experience, thanks to Jack!

Whilst I decided against a Mercedes, I had a good experience and the guy that helped me was fantastic ( I think his name was Luke?)
