The overall service was good, but asking me to pay for proven defective tyres while a warranty claim is processed with the manufacturer was frustrating. I refused to pay, which was eventually acccepted, but it forced me to have a strong conversation that I would rather not have needed to have.

He followed up our initial meeting and test drive with a couple of calls to see if I had made the decision to buy the car, and then, when after a second test drive, I expressed concern over the firmness of the AMG A35’’s suspension on its 19 inch wheels, came up with a solution. This was to swap the 18 inch wheels on the older AMG A35 I was part-exchanging with those on the new car. Once this was done, the ride of the 2024 AMG A35 I have subsequently bought from the dealership was immeasurably better. I found Josh courteous and helpful throughout.
