I would welcome a second shot at this survey after the remedial work has been completed (removal and respray of many stone chips from front bumper and bonnet - due to be corrected end next week) The purchasing and part exchange mechanism has been a fairly difficult affair but with the tenacity of Jack Heasman (and I'm sure many others in the background) we're almost there. If I get a second opportunity to complete this survey I would hope to be awarding 5 Stars. Forthcoming marks (next pages) require qualification, technology too much to absorb in one but Jack has suggested for me to produce a list of questions for next week, which he will answer/ demonstrate. Very difficult to better that deal.
