I have been going to Mercedes of West London in Brentford but moved house recently and Tonbridge was closer. The West London dealership service is utterly appalling. I dreaded having to contact them. It was bad enough I had resolved to never own a Mercedes again as long as I lived in West London. Your team at Tonbridge have restored my faith in what premium brand service should be. Responsive, quick, polite, respectful and friendly. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and made it a very pleasant experience. Fantastic. I'll be back, and staying a Mercedes customer now I know I can rely on your Tonbridge team. Thank you!
