They were very good i was told they would have the car 90 minutes and they were spot on. They identified the fact needed two new tyres which i will sort out. The car was recalled for two software upgrades they did one but needed to order in a part to sort the other, so I am waiting to hear from them to call me back.

I spoke to a number of people from booking, the guy picking up my car, the mechanic and afterwards an account query. Everyone was knowledgeable and knew what was going on. Very joined up good service

I took my car in for a recall and all went well and I received a full check over which was helpful. However on the way home, I found that the gauge that shows mpg read out was not functioning. I called the service department who guided me through the process of restoring this.
