All was good except my MOT was missed so my car had to stay in all day in the end. Having said that Nathan was excellent. He apologised and arranged a loan car for me.

Because the power steering recall work on my car, and the unscheduled (prior to my visit) replacement of my car battery were carried out very promptly and efficiently, and, as usual, Jo, Lilly, and Josh were all a pleasure to deal with.
