We had good service from the staff, but a silly response to our problem with noisy windscreen wipers. We don't do enough miles and use them enough? Also £50 for a replacement pair!

Nathan kept me updated throughout the day- CITNOW video clearly showed me the car was safe and in good order- the technician spoke clearly - great job. Car was ready ahead of time - cleaned outside and in. Nathan went through the service plan and the collection was seemless. 4 stars only because the Chrome on the doors looked weathered which was disappointing, the car wasn't cleaned beautifully on the outside with watermarks in various places, the finish wasn't what I would have expected for a new pricey vehicle.

Had to bring my car in while I was working. Jo in service was excellent in arranging an office desk from where I could continue to work. Decent fast Wi-Fi connection as well. Thanks very much
