Overall excellent and well informed. Unfortunately I was in a meeting and asked to pay which i always do by card. I was told this was not possible and sent me a link with ability to scan and Apple pay which neither myself nor colleague could work out; on ringing back I was told my car could not be returned. You can probably guess my reaction having already wasted time in a meeting and with no one at home. Fortunately someone saw sense, returned the car and i managed to get my wife to get back home in time to pay. Someone just needed to inform me that the method of payment had changed at the outset
