The car was collected on time. The service team kept in contact with me throughout. They gave me written documentation of the work completed and took all my concerns seriously. It's not a 5 because I am not convinced they found out why my charger cuts out when it rains.

Service went ahead as planned, I had a lovely desk to work at for the duration of the service. I received a video about part of the service. All went well. Though the coffee machine was broken I was offered a hot drink. Many thanks.

Staff were knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. Being Mercedes I was expecting a superior forecourt, bells & whistles - having just come from Lexus, I was a bit disappointed with Mercedes. I find it very frustrating that I can no longer negotiate on things like interest rates - I feel like I don't need to go to the brand store as I can get your car from elsewhere where I can negotiate and get the best deal to suit me.

With a particularly awkward repair, Joanne Smith went above and beyond to facilitate solving the issue. I can’t emphasise just how exceptional she was. The car is amazing, the service I got was beyond that.
