Everything was fine with the exception that as this model is new and has a lot electronics new to an E-class then I think it would be helpful if a follow up meeting could be arranged so that I might understand more of how things work.

Really good experience, even though it required some patience. I had a software issue, caused by a failed MB software update. By its very nature, it was hard for the service team to realistically estimate when the fault would be fixed. But they kept me informed of progress, lent me a car so I could meet my wife for lunch, and Ben - on the Service Desk - was attentive throughout. I couldn’t ask for much more…but I really hope I don’t have to go through the experience, next time MB ask me to download a software upgrade.

The service was efficiently reported back to us and carried out very well. There was a problem which delayed the MOT and this was handled extremely well to ensure that we had the vehicle returned to us in time for us to meet a previous commitment. We understand that staff stayed late to effect this and fully appreciate this.
