From test drive to purchase was very smooth

Nathan and everyone at the Tonbridge team were really helpful and friendly. The communication about the service, recall issues and the MOT was very professional and clear and I felt that my car was in really good hands. I also needed to work while I waited for my car to be finished and I was made to feel very welcome. The desk facilities and professional atmosphere too made it even possible for me to conduct some online meetings. When received my car back it had been cleaned and the driver’s seat had even been restored to my driving position. My car is not new, but I am very glad to have had it serviced by Mercedes at Tonbridge. My adult children also drive the car and so having peace of mind that it has been well cared for is very important. My thanks to Nathan and all the team.
