Would have been a 5 but I did ask for my engine to be cleaned and when booking in and they said it would ok. Then when I picked the car up they said they don't do a deep clean, only on resale cars ??

I still have an issue with a scratch on my car caused by a faulty seatbelt. I have asked on a couple of occasions for it to be touched up but was told I need to buy a touch up paint at my own cost. I am still awaiting resolution
