Back for my yearly service, and previous Services by Lookers at Tonbridge I have rated as 5 star. Again nice reception from staff on Reception desk and then being greeted by Lilly the Service Advisor on the Service Desk who I found to be very professional, nice and friendly. I was provided with a new Electric Mercedes as a Courtesy Car (as part of my Service Contract), which had been immaculately cleaned inside and out. I dropped my car off in the morning, and the car was ready and nicely washed for collection in the afternoon. Lookers made it a complete stress free experience.
