Friendly and efficient

Good friendly staff. My only slight criticism is that when I raised an issue about a clunky gearbox, I felt I was ignored for the sake of expediency. "get them in and get them out". I know a bit about cars having done many rebuilds on old defenders and American V8's. So I know something is a little off with the manual gear selector or the clutch cable or maybe even the prop-shaft. But I was told "oh nothing to worry about". Expected at least a quick check. Anyway apart from that your front line staff are easy to deal with and very approachable.

Recently brought my A class from Mercedes Tonbridge last week. When the car arrived from another dealership there were a few issues, however Adam was quick to sort these for me and ensure the car was up to standard before collection. Throughout Adam has been helpful & quick to reply to any queries I’ve had and to do the best he could to get me a good deal! Overall, I feel the good customer service has rectified the initial issues at the beginning and I’m leaving a happy customer! Thank you.

You have always done a good job for me

I brought my car in for a sit and wait problem and dealt with Josh. The work was carried out promptly and included a health check was carried out at no cost.

Every thing went smoothly,the fault appears to have been rectified,but time will tell. Thank you Nathan for being your usual efficient self.Top marks.
