Jordan made the handover process effortless. He went out of his way to be helpful and clearly explained the differences between my new car and old Mercedes.

MOT passed and as expected. However, no car clean this time which I found very surprising. The person before me had their vehicle washed.

Your sales executive, Luke Hatfield was very informative and helpful although I didn't end up by buying a car through no fault of Luke's. However, whilst I am staying with my present Mercs, in due course my daughter will probably end up buying an A class as she will be spending more time in the UK.
