The service team was very quick in fitting a part and I thought the pricing was very reasonable.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I feel safe and confident with the vehicle, serviced and maintained by Mercedes.

The Sales Rep that I dealt with was very helpful and courteous. Always keeping updated and ensuring that everything ran smoothly. I am extremely satisfied with the service that I have received.

I had a very pleasant experience with the MB of Tonbridge. Joane was very kind and on top of the process. The only downside of the booking was that no courtesy car was provided. Also if you are changing the rear subframe to my best understanding Mercedes has to do the rear whee allignment,too. Which was not done to the specification and this leads to customer it'self needs to book that elsewhere. Mercedes has to improve this bit of the process.
