Outstanding customer service by Jordan, he was very helpful and informative. We are new to the electric world of cars and Jordan took his time to explain how everything worked, from the digital screen. How to find charging points if needed. How to charge the car, the sat nav, radio etc. And he and mercedes are on call should we need it. Highly recommend purchasing through Mercedes.

All went very smoothly

Car was in for a Recall I waited for the dealer to open at 08:00 Earlier opening time would help with my working day, but that's fine. Customer service took my details tool me the booking was for 09:00 and it would be approximately an hour (I would be waiting for the car) I needed a bulb for home so popped out to Screwfix to get one, came back got a coffee sat in the reception. A short time later I received a text on my phone safety check had been done, shortly after followed by the reception staff calling my name, my car was completed.

Booking the appointment was simple. Your staff were genial, well informed, responsive and respectful. Your team did exactly what they said they would and were proactive in delivering their service. The vehicle was returned clean, which was much appreciated. Having had a series of truly awful experiences at Mercedes West London that left me questioning my commitment to the brand, your Tonbridge team have restored my faith.
