The overall service was good, but asking me to pay for proven defective tyres while a warranty claim is processed with the manufacturer was frustrating. I refused to pay, which was eventually acccepted, but it forced me to have a strong conversation that I would rather not have needed to have.

Joshua the person who looked after me was helpful polite and answered my questions clearly. I made a decision not to go ahead with a purchase as I felt it was not attractive offer and price too high to tempt me. This was not a reflection on Joshua.
