The waiting room or lounge not offered some privacy I am afraid was noisy. I had to sit & waited while my car had service. For three & half hrs I had to hear the noise from the computer of a gentleman who was also in the lounge had meeting / conference with load voice .

Great service from Mark Tordoff from start to finish. Mark was really informative, helpful and ensured my new car was ready and waiting. Couldn’t be happier with my Mercedes’ GLC. I will use Lookers Wolverhampton again!
