The waiting time to have repair done on the car was to long. Had to wait 3 weeks to get a new tyre fitted.

Please try and cut down on waiting times. Other than that great service from the Mercedes team in Wolverhampton.

Usual first class service, although have to return due to one item I asked to be attended to was either missed, unlikely, or simply needs a little adjustment.

Given the fact that you were unable to wash my car due to technical issues of which I understand. My car was extremely clean inside the cabin on bringing the car into the dealership but what I would like to say is I was extremely unhappy with the state of my car inside particularly in the passenger footwell which I find hard to explain other than completely covered in bits of leaves and dust!. This resulted in me having to vac it all out on arrival back home. This is not how I would expect my car to be returned back to me after a full service and MOT!.
